Your Seduction Style: The Coquette |

You are a pro at playing the age old game of hard to get. Your flirting style runs hot and cold, giving just enough to keep them chasing you. Independent and self-sufficient, you don't need any one person to make you compelte. And that independence is exactly what makes people pursue you. |

How We Met Daniel and I met in May of 1999. He had just graduated and was "celebrating" with some friends of his. At about 10pm, the came into Steak-n-Shake where I was working (fun, oh, fun) and I waited on them. We started laughing and joking and they ended up staying until I got off work and we all went to play putt-putt at about 1 in the morning. We stayed friends for a long time...but I always thought there was something more.
It took until September of 2002 for us to officially recognize that there was something there, and we started dating. That was just the beginning...
The Proposal
Daniel totally surprised me with his proposal. He bought the ring in the middle of November of 2003. He was originally going to propose on New Year's Eve. Then, I'm told, he bumped it to Christmas Eve, than the beginning of December, than Thanksgiving............
But then it ended up that he proposed less than a week after he bought it!!! It was the Saturday before Thanksgiving at dinner with our best friends. I thought we were going to celebrate Gary getting a new job, but there was a different agenda. After dinner, we were walking to the car, and he pulled my daughter aside. He asked her to help him, and he pulled the ring I was wearing off my finger. (It was just a ring that he had given me the Christmas before, and I wore it on my left hand because that's the only one that it fit!). He asked my daughter to hold it "real tight" while he "asked Mommy a very important question".
The rest is history....
